Shelby Macomb Pediatrics accept most types of medical insurance.

Any applicable co-pays are due at the time of visit. Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express are also accepted for payment of services. With all other insurances, full payment is expected at the time of service and an itemized statement will be given for families to submit for insurance reimbursement. There are several exceptions to this, please ask to be sure.
